A hand held out to the camera does two things at once, greeting you and stopping you. This composite puts the white glove close enough to distort, with the portrait falling away behind it in forced perspective, towers and a rocket in the distance and a small robot in the corner saying hello. Shot on a mirrorless camera, assembled in Photoshop, and framed like a trading card, because a trading card is how I first met these characters. Part of The Fantastic Four: First Dreams.
